BROKEN SPANISH TRIO & ELOTE BAR
An opening spread built around balance and texture. Salsa roja, salsa verde, and avocado crema are served with crisp yellow corn tortillas and chicharrones, offering heat, brightness, and richness in every bite. Finished with a street-style elote bar of corn ribs, house chili-blend sour cream, and jalapeño crema for a smoky, satisfying finish.
TIER 2
TACO BAR WITH CORN SALAD
A composed taco experience designed for variety and flow. Chicken tinga, carne asada, corn & sweet potato, and shrimp anchor the spread, allowing guests to build to taste. Served alongside a vibrant corn salad of chili-roasted corn, sweet potato, pickled onion, and chipotle crema, adding freshness and contrast to the table.
TIER 3
ENCHILADA BAR WITH CORN SALAD
A warm, comfort-forward offering centered on slow-braised cerveza chicken, layered with house cheese, refried beans, and Mexican-spiced rice. Finished with sour cream and paired with a bright corn salad featuring chili-roasted corn, sweet potato, and chipotle crema. Familiar flavors presented with depth and intention.

FIESTA BAR WITH CORN SALAD
A full-scale Broken Spanish spread meant for celebration. Grilled flank steak, chili shrimp, and cerveza chicken are served with refried beans, Mexican-spiced rice, and chili corn.
